Rare steak, tripe, well-done flank, brisket, soft-tendon, & beef meatballs

Pho Garden has some of the best soup bases I've ever had.

Meaning, it actually tastes like beef and not just MSG.

Combination Banh Mi 

It's also home of the Pho Challenge!

2 lbs of noodles & 2 lbs of beef need to be finished within 1 hour!

You get to bring home the bowl if you win or a tshirt if you lose.

Citron Drink

I used to work with this Korean girl who shared this Citron Tea with me. 

She mentioned that Koreans would drink this when they were sick. 

I went through an entire jar of this stuff last winter lol. 

More like because I thought it was delicious :]
